Swarnim Gupta with 98.8 per cent marks in the commerce stream emerged as the overall topper of Pinegrove School, Dharampur in Solan district, in the Class XII CBSE examinations, the results of which were declared on Wednesday. In humanities, Aryan Sirswal and Divyanka Chaudhary secured the top positions with 97.6 per cent each while Arun Sharma topped the science stream with 96 per cent marks.
The school achieved an outstanding subjects average of 92.7 per cent, highlighting the consistent academic excellence and high standards maintained across all streams. The cumulative stream-wise averages stood exceptionally high, with humanities leading with outstanding 94.8 per cent, followed by commerce 92.8 per cent and science 90.7 per cent.
As many as 30 students secured the perfect score of 100 in various subjects – painting (14), psychology (six), accountancy (three), Hindustani music (two), economics (one), political science (one), biology (one), English core (one) and informatics practices (one).
